Student teachers are often asked to keep a reflective journal that 
they might share or might keep to themselves.  I had a student 
teacher who wished to share her written reflections and to receive 
feedback from me. The result is a "Plus-Minus-Interesting" blog.  
Each day, this person wrote about one plus, one minus and one 
interesting thing that happened in a blog posting.  I would offer 
feedback in a comment to that post.  The site was password-
protected and at the end of the term, we archived the work and 
removed it from online.
